Once the Director is alloted a DIN, the Company must file Form DIR-11 and Form DIR-12 along with the attachments of the Board Resolution and Ordinary Resolution with the Registrar of Companies. The Director's name will be removed from the MCA database once the ROC department receives all the necessary forms and other documents. In case, the Director is dissatisfied with the removal and wishes to appeal against it, he/she can approach the NCLT by filing a Writ Petition.
