The following steps need to be taken for registering your Non-Trading Company in the state of Tamilnadu. This includes getting a Digital Signature Certificate. Then acquiring a Director Identification Number (DIN). Filing an e-Form. Acquiring the approval from the Government of Tamil Nadu. And finally Incorporating the firm.
